Structural principle:

The QG bridge scraper mainly consists of a driving device, a main beam, a rake lifting device, a scraper rake, a skim plate, and an electric control device. Under the drive of the driving device, the equipment travels in a straight line along the steel rail, thereby driving the scraper rake to run at the bottom of the pool and pushing the collected sludge into the sludge collection tank. When running to the set limit position, the lifting device will lift the scraper to a certain height and start returning to the starting point before proceeding to the next cycle of operation. While scraping the mud, the floating slag on the surface of the sewage can also be removed in the same direction (or in the opposite direction).
